COUNCIL OF COMMANDERS

The council of commanders is the decision-making body of Narnia. The opinions of all members of Narnia are important and welcome thus members are encouraged either use the internet forums for open communication on any subject or speak personally with a commander. Narnia will have a web page and forums in which members are invited to speak their mind about any subject.

The council of commanders consists of:

Jason Ettinger

(High Commander Marcus Polotono)

THE RANK SYSTEM

The rank system is essentially a reward system. The members of Narnia are given rank to reflect accomplishments within and contribution to the unit. An individual of higher rank is not ordained with the authority to giver orders to the unit. One elected member will be given the title “High Commander” regardless of actual rank and will take command of the unit. To increase in rank members must meet certain requirements such as providing personal weapons and improve costuming. Some of the requirements are tough, but that is what it takes to create a good looking, effective unit.

Each level of rank has certain requirements that the member must meet to achieve and hold that level of rank. The lower ranks require the least amount of work, but the higher ranks are more difficult to achieve. The goal of the rank requirement system is to produce members that are well versed in the ways of Dagorhir and Narnia and are willing to do the work to achieve it. The more experience a member has the more respect they command on the battlefield. The requirements of each rank are as follows:

Levy: A levy is the lowest rank in Narnia. Levies are not expected to start with good costume or even come with weapons. To qualify as a levy the person must follow the steps described in “Joining Narnia”. The Levy is also expected to wear a solid blue color tunic or tabard, even if the tabard is worn over street clothes. A levy is expected to advance to the rank of soldier after three battles.
